Italpinas Development Corporation, the developer of Primavera Residences, the first ever condominium to rise in uptown Cagayan de Oro, or as a matter of fact, in Cagayan de Oro as a whole, once again builds another condominium development.

This time, it's Primavera City.

Primavera City is a mid-rise condominium development by Italpinas Development Corporation, soon to rise in uptown Cagayan de Oro beside SM City.

Primavera City will be a mixed-use condominium project with commercial units from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor and residential units from 4th floor to the 11th floor. The building also includes a hotel for their future development.

In each part of the building, there are beautiful views you can choose from. There's this view of the aesthetic neighborhood nearby, the Macalajar Bay, the sunset, and the place where you'll usually see the fireworks during the holidays.

What's great about this condominium development is that they do a good job in putting aesthetics and functionality in one, like what they did in Primavera Residences. The developer is known to build projects that are environment-friendly. In fact, Primavera Residences is the first ever green building ever built in Cagayan de Oro. It's a pioneering project that has features which promote the efficiency in maintaining a clean and green environment despite being around in an urban area. They have solar panels installed above the roof-top, and the building design promotes proper ventilation, among others. You can expect Primavera City to have these features as well, and even more.

Aside from the aesthetics and functionality, Primavera City also has a variety of unit types to choose from. What's different with them is that they offer penthouses on the 11th floor. If you're a W Two Worlds fan, you might be thrilled about this one *wink*. It has an area ranging from 80-95 sqm, and it costs around PHP 6.4 million to 8 million. I'm pretty sure that this will be a good deal among foreigners. In fact, as far as I know, one of them is already sold out.

Another good thing about Primavera City is that the developer has collaborated with Damiani Property management & Services, Inc. for your property management needs. It is a highly recommended addition to your unit purchase. Unlike other developments, Primavera City already provides a good option on who you want to manage your unit while you're away since others would just let the client find one on his/her own. Clients may usually choose their broker/agent to manage the property for them, but what if the former isn't willing to do that? So in Primavera City, they can just purchase the services of Damiani along with the unit, which is a good deal since the company already has ample experience for this.

Right now, Primavera City just launched its Tower B due to the fast selling out of their units at Tower A, with only 20% of units left.

So if you want an uptown condominium that's just beside a mall, I can recommend this one for you.
