Just so you know, if you're indeed planning to invest in One Oasis, building 1 is already ready for occupancy, and building 2 will be ready for turnover by 2018. Filinvest is known for being a fast builder of their projects so it won't be long till they'll have your unit turned over to you, once you've paid off your equity too, of course.

Aside from what was mentioned, you can also benefit from your property's value appreciation, which is usually around 5% per year. Since land does not depreciate, you can be assured that your real estate investment will be safe, unlike in stocks (which is also a passive income idea BTW) where your earnings are quite unpredictable because of fluctuating prices in the stock market.
